Siân loves working for the festival because together, the team creates the most incredible experience. Malvern is itself a beautiful place. She says, ‘Combine the location and the educational journey of the weekend, and we have a one-of-a-kind event. The talks and workshops not only expand on your knowledge and interests, but introduce you to wonderful new friends.’ Being involved in festival organisation is so much fun for Siân and she truly can’t wait for March!
